Busy first week modding my 2025 Maverick

Picked up our lariat hybrid on the Friday after Christmas and got straight to work on some mods.

First up was using the Cricut to cut some black vinyl letters

Added a 3d printed a custom badge

Then made a custom wiring harness to power a home link auto dimming mirror and dashcam

And lastly installed some led strips in the bed. I didn’t trust the double sided adhesive to hold over time, nor was there room to use the supplied brackets. Armed with a pair of calipers and rudimentary 3d modeling abilities, I printed out some clips to hold the lights

Nice lookin Twuck. Not sure how you got those black vinyl letter cut out and on straight but it looks great. Also, your bed led lights look pretty cool too. Enjoy your post Christmas present.

You've been busy! Did you buy the mirror recently? I've been looking to upgrade mine after seeing all the prior posts about it, but it seems like the days of the cheap homelink mirror are over. I can't find a decent priced one anywhere. Where did you get yours?

is there a way to mirror my iphone to the screen ? i got my 2025 just over a week ago and love it !been waiting since 2022 and love seeing "551 miles til empty" with just $30 in fuel

Likewise. I couldn't find anything for less than $60 in stock. I ended up buying a used one off of ebay. Everything was great except the wiring pigtail did not come with a connector clip, so if i ever need to remove the mirror I'd have to cut the wires since I ended up soldering it.

It is two separate items, i can see how it might have been confusing. i bought this mirror off of ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/323453031451 . I specifically wanted one without a compass for a cleaner look.
