After way too long we have our tunes finalized for our Maverick package.

If you've got our FULL cat back exhaust, front mount intercooler, filter and catch can we have worked with 5 Star tuning and have the tune finalized for that package.

Give them a call/e-mail and simply request the "Buschur tune" for your Maverick.

The truck is super responsive and smooth, very happy with what they've done for us. The minute I get some time I'm going to take it to the drag strip.

I've been getting phenomenal fuel milage to boot. Calculated 33 mpg is fairly normal now as long as I stay out of it and keep it under 65 mph. With speed, in any car, the MPG's drop of course. Interstate 75-80 mph speeds I'm still seeing 29-30 mpg.

Can't wait to see what it runs! Should be well into the 13s. Any dragy 0-60s?

It's hot here now, the last draggy time I got was a 13.8 at 97 mph in 91 degree temps. The guys at 5Star reviewed the logs and commented how bad ass the intercooler was as the ending temps were only 93 degrees.

You're for sure a mid 13 truck. Keep us posted. What gear do you have? OEM tires?

Unsure if this has been covered before, how is the tune installed?

5Star offers a lot of different tune platforms, you can choose whatever you like and then the tune is sent for that. I'm using SCT.

To get the "Buschur" tune you are going to want our intercooler and exhaust for sure.
And probably the CAI as well......

Yes, the tune is designed to work with all our parts, we sent a lot of logs back and forth with them to get the tune maxed out with all our parts on it.

Is there anywhere with the dyno stats for the full kit and tune? Any numbers for wHP and torque gains?

No, I quit messing with the dyno and used full street data logs with the Draggy to measure performance. The truck is a PITA to dyno and has to have the ECU lock the trans into one gear for the best results. Too many arm chair quarterbacks constantly busting my balls with their internet expertise got old.

True that sucks. I was wondering just to see if 300whp was possible without a bigger turbo. Do you have any readings on 0-60 times? Mid 13s for a quarter seems pretty impressive for what it is.
