BPV delete kit - how to install?

I bought the panda motors bpv delete kit. Does anyone know how to install these things?

Behind the Intake there is a rubber hose that runs from the Blow off valve back to the intake. You need to remove that and place the rubber cap on the intake end. I recommend to use vice grips to help with the clamps holding the hose, I didn't and managed to slip off a bunch of times.

someone told me the location of where this bpv goes and I took a look at it and it’s pretty simple. If I can figure it out anyone can. I’ll post a video later of installing it

First, get a bottle of Tequila. Next, get a sixpack of beer. Then, make sure you have some bad ass BBQ on hand. Then sit back and watch your buddy who's an ASE mechanic do it

Other than make a noise, what is it's purpose? If noise is the desired effect, what are the undesirable side effects?
