Back Seat Won't Raise

Its nice to see ford responding to some of these issues . my radio still stuck on one channel . has anybody taken it into the dealer for a update yet? Did update work?

No it didn't work the only way to change stations is to unplug phone change stations and plug phone back in.

Finally got it fixed. Took it to a dealer and 1-1/2 hour later it was fixed. They said the mechanism was "bound up".
