I am selling my used AutoStop Start Eliminator for the 2022-2023 Ford Maverick. I used this device for several months and am only selling because I have now installed the Cobb AccessPort which includes the same functionality.

This device worked flawlessly during the time I had it installed. Selling as-is with the harness as pictured.

Here is a link to the manufacturer's website: https://www.autostopeliminator.com/collections/ford/products/2022-ford-maverick-autostop-eliminator

I am asking $50 OBO and am willing to ship or local pick-up. Thanks for looking!

I thought there was a button in a pod of 4 on the console by the shifter, the one with the circled A on it, that would engage and disengage the auto stop/start and that on the dash the green "A" with the slash through it would not turn green meaning the feature was disengaged. How is your device different?

Yes, you are correct, however if you turn the AutoStop feature 'off' using that function the next time you turn on the truck it will reset to 'on.' This device connects in-line behind the OBD2 port to over-ride that function. If you turn the AutoStop function 'off' using the button - it will remain off the next time you turn the truck on. You can still manually use the button to turn on/off but this is far more convenient for those who would prefer the function to be off the majority of the time.

Thank you for clarifying - after you mentioned it I do recall that is the way the console button functions. Since I leave mine in auto stop/start mode all the time, I never experience what you described. I do drive a little differently in stop/start mode. In traffic, when the stop light turns green, I lift my foot off the brake, pause for a split second while the engine starts, then use the accelerator.

The difference is you don’t have to push that button anymore as the auto shit off function will be disabled by the module OP is selling. I’ve managed with the button every single time, but boy it would be nice if it was something I didn’t even have to think about 💁🏻‍♂️
