e6000 glue or hot glue. Both will be removable with some effort, but the weather should not have an effect. I'd go for e6000, personally.

Just make sure it's not Chinese 'MMM' tape.

(I've received aftermarket parts with that on the adhesive backing. Obviously that Chinese knockoff factory misunderstood what 3M meant)

Itā€™s what the factories use to apply trim.
Factories and body shops use ā€œ3M Emblem Glueā€. Strongest glue that I have ever seenā€¦..small tube of 3M Emblem Glue is around $30ā€¦have used it many times.

As said 3M is what the factories use.

I put my tailgate liner on my ranger with 3M tape in 2011 and it is still tight. 12 years out in the south Texas sun.

The Maverick badges will be a nice mod.

Oh, those will be so cool. Do you know where youā€™re going to put them?

I used to drive a ā€˜72 Maverick ā€¦ But for some reason do not remember those badges. But then, it was ex-husbandā€™s car, so maybe I just have blocked my brain about it.
