Any update on your front wheel rubbing? Did you manage to solve the problem? i'd like to do basically the exact same thing as you. No lift, 245/65r17 All terrains and fender flares with 1.5/2" spacers

At what point is the tire rubbing? is it rubbing against the outside of the flare or the inside of the wheel well?
Hey Kwaanza,
I still have rubbing, and it on's in the inside of the well (rear of front tires, outside edge hitting the wheel well). It happens when almost full locked, but doesn't have to be compressed. When I had 1.5 on F/R there was no rub. Going 1.5/2 is what seemed to cause it. The rub isn't enough to warrant a switch back to 1.5 in the rear IMO, as I prefer the look of the wider track with the flares. W/O flares, I would do 1/1.5. No lift/level/drop done to suspension. Good luck on your build!

Thanks for the reply

Thats interesting that increasing the rear spacer causes rubbing.

sounds like the spacers push the wheel so its turning arc now hits the pinch weld.

I might try this with a negative wheel offset instead of a spacer..
