April 1 build date

I got a text from Ford saying my build date is scheduled for April 1. I know it's probably not set in stone. What's your best guess about when I will actually get my truck?

I don't think there is a definitive answer to your question. I am in the same boat as you. I have a build date of March 11th, and from the info I have gathered its 2-6 weeks later?

I got a build date for my XLT hybrid on Sept. 1, 2023 for Dec. 18. Then on Nov. 14 Ford changed it to Jan. 1. Then I checked the tracker and it became Jan. 6. My last email was on Jan. 11 and said it was almost built. That was my last email. I would keep checking the order tracker because it indicated it was built Jan. 16 and shipped the next day by rail. I picked it up on Feb. 13 at the dealer. It would have been sooner but my dealer transposed his numbers and went to another Maine dealer about 70 miles away. It was refused and went back to Mass. and was re-transported back to the same dealer after my dealer realized the mistake. So I would say follow the order tracker weekly now if you are anxious. Also I don't think anyone truly knows what "final preparation" means on Ford's schedule, at least my dealer didn't.

Thus far the truck is as advertised and I am very pleased with it.

I was going to say 6-8 weeks, but there are so many different factors (such as where it is being delivered to, rail or truck, etc.) going into that, who really knows.

Yeah, I have been reading so many different scenarios here I will be constantly checking my order tracker once it makes it into production. I hope its less than a month, mine is scheduled to be built on 3/11. I have the Ford tracker, window sticker viewer, and module tracker all on my daily to do list.
