I have saeen a few threads about swapping seats to ST but i havent seen anyone who has added a thigh extention? There are some other fords that have them but they are larger cars so thinking there wouldnt be room? I have it in my maxima seat and for a tall fat guy like me it is amazing. So wornding if anyone has solved that proplem (seat base is too short front to back)?

I raised the seat on washers and longer bolts to raise the front of the seat like I did on all of the Focus vehicles we owned previously. Ace hardware should be able to match the metric threads on the bolts, I used Daytona Nut and Bolt because they're near by. I still have lots of head room for my chubby frame.

Compared to my wife's Escape. The Maverick seat bottom is an inch shorter in length.

That's how they got leg room in the back.
