It looks like UP is the carrier for west of the Mississippi, not CSX.
I heard something like this, but you should call for yourself. "Arrived 3/6 at 1 p.m. Something else about 3/13. And a previous arrival at Nagales AZ?? on 3/4 at 11:51"

I just did. The salesman said that corporate does this to them all of the time. They post customers orders under stock listings. Then people call because they're interested in the listing and the sales guys get to tell them that they not only don't have that specific vehicle they're not going to be getting it. He's also telling them it'll be about a year before they can expect to get a hybrid if they didn't already order one.
If they actually had any hybrids this would be bait and switch. List an XL and show a photo of a fully loaded XLT.
As long as it has my VIN it won't be sold to anyone else.
Thanks Ford Motor Company for making their job more difficult.

My hybrid xlt with lux and copilot is also due the end of the month at kendall. Mine isn't showing on kendall's website. It's been stated elsewhere that Ford puts them on the dealer's website showing it's in transit.

When did you order? My order confirmation was Aug 2nd.
