The dealer I ordered through is getting one, but is not even letting people see it, let alone sit in it. I don’t care where in So Cal, I’ll travel just to see it in person.

Same here....my dealer isn't even seeing any allocations yet....much less training. And they are a high volume dealer in San Diego!

I'm in San Diego as well. I placed my order with Encinitas Ford. I emailed them asking about a demo model and they don't have one unfortunately.

Ordered mine through Kearney Mesa Ford and I've been getting good responses from their internet sales group. Had originally reserved one with Perry Ford but they did not seem interested in putting in an order. Think I'm better off with KM.
