I took my CMax to Courtesy Ford on 122nd and they have a good service dept., seems like a good dealer. I am thinking of ordering mine through Northside ford on Columbia in North PDX. They are a fleet dealer and I have had work done there as well.

I just ordered from Dave at Gresham Ford. Super easy. We exchanged a few emails and after submitting a reservation and a couple more emails I got my confirmation from Ford. He was straight forward with his communication. No deposit. No markup. I got the runaround from multiple dealers so I’m very happy so far.

Ya just MSRP. No incentive talk. He asked if I had any concerns or questions about financing and all I said was I’m comfortable and figured we would work it out when it gets here. We left it at that.

For anyone else in the Portland area, I ended up orderin with Tyler at Courtesy Ford. Straight retail, $500 refundable deposit, very easy, entire thing done over emai.
