How long have you had to wait for parts? The prices are the cheapest I have seen, but I have also waited a long time for parts and their customer service to get an ETA or update were way under par from other automotive retailers I have purchased from. (No not using amazon standards)

I recently ordered online several accessories with various dealership across the country. All the orders went initially through but got cancelled a day later due to non availability. What are your experiences with your orders? I am wondering if the official ford site has a better availability.

I ordered the soft folding tonneau cover 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been fulfilled. Not cancelled yet, it's just........sitting there.

They had an issue a few weeks ago and mine was cancelled and I can no longer use the ford 15 so I created a new account and used the ford15 discount and right now it’s shipped on the way.

I had 42,962 Ford Pass points (962 from previous oil changes), so I think it was like $216 worth that I was able to apply to the tonneau cover. I just finished installing it and I think it turned out pretty good. We’ll have to wait and see if it leaks at all, but I think they could have made it an inch longer.

I ordered the Tri-fold, floor mats and tailgate lock from FairwayFord. Ordered on the 15th @ 1pm, shiping label printed the 16th @ 10am, picked up by FedEx @ 2pm that day, arriving the 19th.
