All I want from the FX4

I was going to go back and add a couple things to my order. But it was too late. Received my VIN and production date email the next day.
My truck will never see off road. But AWD on Florida wet roads is a big upgrade. So I decided not to go with the FX4 package. There are a couple things that I wish I could access once I get my Maverick.
-skid plate
-HD cooling fan
-HD radiator

Anyone know if these will be available after the fact?

I think all that will be available.
I ordered XL 4k tow so I'll have the cooling stuff.
A search for F150 skid plates shows several aftermarket products. Should be the same for the Mav.

I have added skid plates and HD radiators to vehicles. The fan should be something you can swap out too.

The only things you can't add are the drive modes, and hill decent control.

You can buy an electric fan to run in addition to your oem fan, push fan and a pull fan. Will it fit?? Only will be able to tell once you get the truck to measure it. Also, you might have the ability to replace your oem fan with one that provides greater air flow.

I’m sure all these parts will be available through the parts dept. I would expect it to be a fairly easy swap. Make sure the radiator hoses interchange too.
