$100, that's as bad as cable. Do you have 5g service there? I run that T-Mobile home internet thingy @ $50 lifetime price with unlimited everything but it requires 5G. At this moment I have 5 devices connected and everything runs even when the kids and their phones are here.I personally have one single $10 "subscription" and I aim to keep it that way. Bad enough internet is over $100 for Starlink where I live.
Unfortunately no. Not even cell signal. If I could secure one single bar on a regular basis I would install repeaters. Certain parts around me have decent signal though and they just installed a cell tower about half way into the bigger town, so maybe it will come to my location in the next 10 years or so. The other issue is the mountains.$100, that's as bad as cable. Do you have 5g service there? Sounds a lot like my situation. Our neighborhood was a cell and Internet dead zone, for years we were trying to deal with 1.5 Mbps dsl as our only option, and a land line to communicate. Finally a local company began setting up radio towers, and we are able to get around 60 Mbps, sufficient for HD streaming. We were also able to utilize WiFi calling and texting on our cell phones, which brought us into the modern age! It not gigabyte fiber optic quality and does have some negatives, especially in stormy weather.Unfortunately no. Not even cell signal. Perks of rural life
And it's actually about $130. So I make use of the internet via torrents and my home servers and such rather than pay for subscriptions to be able to watch only what they allow for small periods at a time. Not ashamed to admit I'm a pirate and always have been.
Except there's no guarantee that Ford will be supporting the app in five to ten years. Hell, there's no guarantee that even if Ford wants to support it that they could if the cellular system that runs it gets obsoleted (this has shut down plenty of cellular connections on earlier vehicles)Your truck already has remote start through the Ford Pass app.

Well they've supported it the last 5 years on my Mustang, and if they stop supporting it in 5 years for the Maverick I could spend the $99 then if I still have the truck and still need a remote start. No need to throw that money away, and plug in devices I don't need now.Except there's no guarantee that Ford will be supporting the app in five to ten years. Some of us plan on driving our trucks for the next ten years, and I want my remote start to keep working the whole time.
The glass is always full.
