Order July 15 built in January delivered March 22nd. Maverick hybrid Lariat with luxury package Moon roof area 51. OK so we did have to remind them about the price guarantee but any “inconsistencies
” we pointed out on the price sheet they were quick to rectify. We paid what we expected to back in July. Apple Ford even offered free lifetime oil changes and a powertrain warranty and matched the Flood Ford maintenance package price without a hassle. Currently we’re getting up to 45.9 miles to the gallon with a mix of highway and city driving. Just on the highway we get around 44 miles to the gallon. Absolutely love the truck. Brought home a full sheet of sheet rock today. Drives smoothly, cab is nice and quiet. HK sound system has nice bass. Controls nicely laid out. So,far very happy with the purchase. Sorry so many have had less than stellar experiences but ours was pretty good at Apple Ford. Our suggestions to those of you who have not picked up yet . Do your homework and bring it with you. We used all the suggestions people made on this truck club. ( Bring your original paperwork with your price sheet, you don’t have to buy the warranty or the maintenance at the dealer at the time of purchase, Bring a screenshot of the lowest price you can find on the maintenance and warranty, there is a price guarantee from Ford etc. )I also went through our trucks sticker that was on the Ford website and marked up all the increases that occurred since we placed our order and made a note that that was what Ford owed the dealership based on the price guarantee. Be well prepared .
After reading all the horror stories on this site we were stressed and ready to argue if we has to, to get the price we were told in July. We were pleasantly surprised we did not have to.
