My Maverick is alive as well. If the modules are populated does this mean assembly is complete?

Not necessarily...some options like the spray in liner are done after the modules are populated.

Did this for my Maverick and have this,

VIN which is mine

Tear Tag nothing

Vehicle Data has data there

Then there is a green box that shows - When prompted, be sure to save or copy the file to the following IDS directory:
c:\Program Files\Ford Motor Company\Calibration Files

Downloaded the file and cannot open it because it has a .ab extension, whatever that means.

PCM Modules nothing

BCE Modules nothing

Then it looks like more information will be put in later.

Next week is my build week and will check this during the week.

Things are looking good.

Just checked status and mine moved to "in production" at some point today. Was still appearing as scheduled this morning so they are making progress. Mine was scheduled for week of 11/18. Very exciting!!

Frust

I'm in the same boat.

Frustrating part for me is my sales person (A real world acquaintance) keeps saying talk to his manager and his manager keeps saying oh I'm talking to my rep and then never calls back. It's been lovely.

2nd vehicle I've ordered new and 2nd bad experience (different vehicle lines and dealers)

As @Packer Bill mentioned, bedliner & things like that happen next; they call it the ‘body shop’. My ‘22 did that 1 day, but others were there longer.
Then it goes through a final quality check. This is usually a day or two, but this is where the expected 6 week quality hold will occur so who knows for these initial ‘25 builds.
Then it gets released to the shipper; which I believe is when the tracker changes to Built.
The shipper figures out how/when to ship it; once on a train the status changes to Shipped.

Today mine is still not scheduled because of shortages on the hybrid and 19 inch alloys for the black out package

This dealer is my relative and she put priority code 9 or something like that.
It is Hybrid Lariat.

My sales person sent me an email that I am now scheduled for week of 1/13. I can see the Maverick but there are no details on the page.
