Just received an email from Ford about my 2023 XL Hybrid, basically telling me to be patient, as they work through supply chain issues.

I suspect you'll get another of those emails in 45 days. Many here have received many of them - in my case I've been waiting for 14+ months. There is light at the end of the tunnel, though, as my order is showing 'In Production' as of today. Hopefully you won't have to wait as long as many of us have. Patience is a virtue here. Sit back and enjoy the craziness on this forum.

I am fine, and not in any hurry. I was just happy to see they sent me some kind of confirmation that is was a Hybrid XL. There was an email issue, so I had not received any info until Sunday 1/29/23.

Just got my 3rd 45 day notice. I really don't expect my Maverick to delivered until 2qt. of 2023 anyway due to the supply chain issues (have first hand experience with supply chain issues). Good to see Ford is keeping its promise on updating me on my order. Meantime I'll be racking up the miles on my 94' ranger.

True enough. The folks who ordered back in 2021 and still haven’t received their truck have much more reason to bitch and complain than those of us who ordered back in Sept.

The only good thing about getting the 45-day letter is it confirms you are still on some list and maybe, just maybe, still in line. Of course it's also possible that after all the waiting and emailed letters you will one day just be dropped altogether and your waiting will have achieved nothing.
