4/24 Build Week

My Maverick was scheduled for production Tuesday 4/25. Right on schedule both the PCM and BCE modules popped on 4/25.

But now 4 days later, the tracker still shows it in production and no built e-mail. I don't have any post production extras such as spray-in bed-liner or mud flaps that could be holding it up.

Anybody else seeing this?

This morning my tracker updated

Wonder why it took 5 days from module pop, and are they working Sundays?

Mine was built last month and this was pretty similar to my experience - modules showed up about a week before it was marked as built.

I'm thinking this could be one of two scenarios:

• My vehicle had some kind of quality issue. The factory has a smaller crew of people that work the weekends and fixes these quality issues on an individual vehicle bases
• My vehicle was chosen for one of their extended road test quality checks. And these road test sometime occur on the weekend. I'll be able to see this if the vehicle has more than about 5 miles on it when I pick it up

It had 24-25 miles. We took it for a brief spin and then they messed around getting it inspected and washed, so it was 31 out the door.
