Thought I'd share my spreadsheet I made to compare some of the vehicles I'm interested in around my $30K budget:

Did I make a mistake on the spreadsheet?Wait, the XLT gets lane following assist? I thought that was just on the Lariat?
Oops, I knew that but misread it as floor AC vents, fixing! Let me know of any other mistakes, I'll update.I don’t think the Maverick has the “floor console mounted ac vents”…. Believe they are under the front seats.
That Hybrid Maverick XLT with Lux and 360 comes out to 26,660. I mean unless you added more accessoriesDid I make a mistake on the spreadsheet?
The build is a XLT with Luxury Package and the CoPilot 360. Most of the categories were copied and pasted from the Hyundai site, and then I checked if the Maverick also had a similar feature.
No, because, to my knowledge, Ford still hasn’t released the EPA data on the hybrids yet. It’s still “estimated.”That’s more in depth than my spreadsheet. I like it!
Has anyone seen a “confirmed” mpg for the Hybrid?
Price was taken from the build website after freight and accessories added. I can't recall the exact build off hand, but one big ticket item is the rollup tonneau and the bed extender, which are listed as "Y" on the spreadsheet further down. That Hybrid Maverick XLT with Lux and 360 comes out to 26,660. CoPilot 360 on all trims gets lane keeping where it "bounces" you in the lane if you start to stray out. Lariat Lux gets lane centering where it more actively tries to position in the middle.Wait, the XLT gets lane following assist? I thought that was just on the Lariat?
That’s what I thought. Patiently waiting. No, because, to my knowledge, Ford still hasn’t released the EPA data on the hybrids yet. It’s still “estimated.”
That's what I did when I was comparing the Santa Cruz and the Maverick. Each row had a weighted value. I called it my "Truck Purchasing Matrix".Asign a point value to each category and add them up to see who wins.
Why would you compare FWD vehicles from Ford -v- the Hyundai AWD vehicles... that is not a comparison... Just sayingThought I'd share my spreadsheet I made to compare some of the vehicles I'm interested in around my $30K budget:
