The front seat was roughly in the middle and the 5'8" sales professional said they were comfortable. You can see the driver side seat all the way back.

With the seat all the way back you aren't going to get a rear facing carseat back there. You might be able to get a front facing, but those little heels are going to be giving you a massage.

100% chance you'll feel the foot in your back. Even my F-150 Crew Cab isn't big enough to stop that from happening, and it's massive inside by comparison. I'm 6'3"
