What does the bar with the blue indicator mean? (That the arrow is pointing to)
Sometimes it is lit up at the bottom and sometimes the top. I’ve not seen it anywhere in the middle. I searched the owners manual but couldn’t find anything.

It’s a menu marker. Shows you’re at your top menu item (the EV coach). . Scroll up and down for the other menus

That's just the tab menu. It shows what screen you're on. If you go up or down on the right side steering wheel toggle you will move through different menus.
