I was just wondering to anyone who's ordered a 2024 Maverick, what were the typical wait estimates you got from your dealer? Six months? One year? Year and a half? Undetermined? I figure with Ford raising the prices across the board to dwindle demand, that would translate to an increase in production and more Mavericks showing up on dealer lots. Or I could be wrong. I'm aware that there's several 23 and even 22 rollovers that have to be fulfilled first (at least in theory) Some input would be great. I enjoy the Maverick so much that I want another one but with the added FX4 package. I'm also thinking a different color. The Atlas Blue has been growing on me. Or maybe Hot Pepper Red. I can't decide if I want to order another one or try to scour a 2023 on the lot at some point.

When i ordered my 2023 last Sept dealer told me if I wanted one to get the Eco boost and that it would take 9 months to get.
I picked it up July 19th

I ordered a 24' Hybrid Lariet. I ordered mine July 19th, I think. My dealer said 3-6 months. I found out that production doesn't even start until beginning of October. Ford plans to start the 24' production on October 1st.... Last I read. I have been reading and looking into this alot. Both from people who supposedly work for Ford Corporate and regular people speculating. I am guessing mine will arrive between March - May of 2025. Based on the hybrid Lariet being in lower demand and a higher production rate (compared to the XL). XLT gets the highest production rate. ** just my educated guess**

would that be a roll over 2024 or a fresh 2024? 😁

I planned on a year. Today is Day 355 & counting. Currently sitting on a CSX train in Buffalo, NY for the past few days. Hoping to see it by Oct. 1 but who knows. Hard telling, not knowing.

I have a feeling that generally, the wait time for a 24 will be quicker, but there are always exceptions. Someone has to be first and someone has to be last.

My dealer said it could be 6 months or more based on his market so far. His best advice is avoid add on's like mats and mud guards where they can be dealer purchased, It is those small items when they are backlogged then the whole truck is on hold.

Ordered a 24 lariat the second week of August and received a VIN and build date of third week of October from Ford.
Like I said, somebody has to be first. My advice, go buy a lottery ticket. You may be on a roll.

Ordered a XLT ecoboost AWD with tow package at the end of July. At that time, dealer said build date would be October, should see it in February or March.

I remain optimistic. 20,000 MY2023 get head of line privilege. There are 48,000 MY2024 orders so far, one of which being me.
Ford can crank out 10,000 Mavs a month.. I’m not looking to get scheduled for production for November but feel I have a shot for December/January.
I know, I know lots of variables but that is where I am at.
Ford, if you are listening, my 60th birthday is in January.
Peace
Jon

Ordered on first day for 24’s. Got a build date for a Lariat Hybrid of Oct 28th. Not a roll-over, new order.

Depends how the UAW strike slows down production. Have rollover 24 scheduled for oct. I will be lucky if I see it by Christmas.
