Amen brother, my favorite was the 79 Toyota pickup. Two door 4cyl 5spd SR5. Ac was an option along with hand crank windows. Great size and versatility. The Maverick would look giant compared to one of those. It would also get much better mileage with the hybrid engine.

Why can we get info on a 2024 Tacoma but not have anything for the 2023 maverick? (Besides some pictures of camo covered versions and guesses)

It's going to have an optional hybrid. If they can come anywhere close to Maverick pricing, Ford is in trouble.

4 years of dev time is a lot more time to leak info than 1 model year to the next especially when there's not likely many changes to be "hot scoops" to report.
