Looks good! To bad they don’t have a hybrid version. Though I would love the next gen Mav hybrid to be awd with a 5 foot bed.

I like the look of it. Think I can see a little bit of Maverick in the front clip. Glad they went with more of an upright/boxy look.

Agree with OP that the Maverick shouldn't step on this too much marketwise, and visa-versa.

Wow, Ford actually made the 2.7EB available...I LOVED that engine in my F150. And the interior looks vastly improved.

My Mav is now officially "on notice"..... o_O

They did a great job with the redesign. Not too "Transformers". I'd love to see a hybrid option, as well as a sunroof......

Like the interior look. Simple and clean, and you don’t have to use the touchscreen for climate control.

It's nice exterior wise, and I prefer the simpler interior design seen in the lower trims (smaller screens and all). The major downside is that there is no PowerBoost hybrid version; I'm curious what powertrains Toyota will unveil with the new Tacoma next week. For now, I'm back to rooting for an AWD hybrid Maverick to be announced on day soon.

Truck looks good, better than the old nose. The only think I don't like (old and new version) is why it seems to be so high sprung. Seems to sit awkwardly high. I know it is for clearance, etc, but it seems like it is on its tippee toes so it can hang out with the full size trucks. Other than that, looks like a nice redesign.

Sucks that the Ranger is only a 5 foot bed now. Eliminated the Super cab, so crew cab is the only cab going forward on the ranger. $5,265 more for a base 2024 over a base 2023. But it is much nicer, and the fact that they borrowed the front end styling is nice. I hated the old Rangers looks. Good thing they are NOT offering a hybrid now.

A vast improvement over the current Gen. Squared front end improves the lines, gone (apparently) is that current awkward stance. I owned early Rangers and Bronco II’s and liked the look at the time, but I do not care for the current look at all.

This would be more exciting for Ford if the new Tacoma wasn’t going to absolutely crush it. People love them some Tacoma.

What is an extra 6” of bed for?
