Just talked to my salesman about if he had heard when order banks for 2023 would open. He replied that dealers would hear more information Aug. 2 but order banks don't open until Aug. 25th. Anybody else hear something similar?

First heard order banks opening for rollovers on Aug 2nd with new orders Aug 15th. The most recent is all orders open on Aug 2nd. Never did I hear about an Aug 25th date.

I think a lot of the confusion may stem from the order banks for fleet vehicles being different?

He is the online sales manger for a large dealership in Kanas and has been providing valuable information to the forum since the Maverick first became available.
Yep, I think he is the most reliable source we have, at least he doesn't make crap up or guess. He says it like it is or will say he doesn't know. Any other dealer, who knows...

Yep, been following him. He has been a fountain of help for this forum. It will be interesting to see if he has anything to report on this
I spoke with my local Ford Dealer yesterday. She told me Order banks open on Aug 2nd; but to allow them 24 hours to make sure the ordering software was up and running. She said I could stop by on Aug 3 to order my 2023 Maverick

That makes sense. God forbid that Ford is ready to go on Aug 2nd. I made an appointment at 9 am. It's one of the few days in the next few weeks I will be able to do it. I just want to order the same truck I have been waiting 7 months for.

Multiple dealers in Los Angeles told me August 2nd is when we can place orders, both for 2022 order holders, and for new orders.

From my dealer today for 2 ea. Hybrids I ordered from my dealer last week.. It reads: No need to come in yet. We have everything we need. Guaranteed MSRP.

My orders are the first in line to Corporate from my dealer. Paperwork done, choices made. Satisfied with my paint, etc. and I kinda look forward to driving my new Hybird in the year 5 Billion! I can wait. Love my XL. It's pretty badass in Sport Mode. Mine stays in Sport Mode! Happy Trails!

As far as dealers know, order banks should open sometime on Aug 2nd. I expect it to be later in the afternoon.
We probably won't get more information until Aug 2nd.
Ford can change their mind and change the date anytime they want....but I doubt that they will.

Tim @fordvideoguy has said many times it is August 2. Any customers that wait until August 25 are going to have tens of thousands of orders ahead of them. And if Ford actually starts to advertise the Maverick, untold numbers. I still feel like I know some secret password every time I mention I have a new truck being built on September 5. Most people I run into don’t have a clue that the Maverick is out there.
