Lincoln Nautilus engine cover (part list below and prices from Tasca) (1 of each in the matrix).
Finally showed up. Delivered to the wrong house. Opened a claim. I think either the person who got it or the FedEx driver dropped it off a few hours later.
So it’s sort of a soft foam underside with a hard plastic top. I didn’t like the look of the engine without the cover. So purely cosmetic for me, at this price it wasn't a big deal. I just like the fact I can put the cover on and easy wipe up versus the rats nest underneath. A weird place for Ford to cut costs (in a car with several weird places that they cut costs).
Cost: $85 in parts, $25 in shipping (frankly a rip-off, it's a box the size a pillow).
Install Time: Under 15 minutes
Tools needed: 10 mm socket, and hand tightened everything else.
Difficulty: (1 to 5, 5 being hardest) 1.5 (damn nut was a 10mm so it took two trips into the garage to get the right deep socket).
