I am replying per the instructions above. I ordered my hybrid back in June of last year and crickets from Ford and the dealership. Since I hadn't heard anything about my truck I went ahead and added the Lux package last week to my XLT. The Dealer added it and sent me an invoice saying that when I add things it pushes my priority code. Seems like he would have warned me before adding it but what's done is done. I'm just a number to them I guess.
