Hi First, we miss you on Bronco6g, no adult supervision anymore, the inmates are running the asylum.

Did you give up on the Bronco?
I still may be in the market. In the distant future. But the Maverick is my short term need.

that’s why I had to go. Too busy with life and tooooo many……. Inmates

No fleets I barely have time for real customers at this point, we sell the entire Chrysler lineup as well and that is eating my time up from the boards..

As for the B6G it is a bit toxic over there and I am putting a post together but the "speculating/rumor mill" just keep churning...

We have 79 VINs in the system and expecting another batch of 50+ this month so our official "allocation" will be met by next month and we have been "told" that we will exceed the final allocation numbers by many...

Good news for the customer base but not items I can share on that open forum...

Glad I anticipated that happening and canceling my bronco order. I'm like you guys, if they ever get the stuff together I could see myself in a Bronco and if the seats are not comfortable in the Maverick, I just might trade it in on a Bronco.

This looks like a big win for Ford. I hope they execute it well.

The maverick is rated at 40 mpg. Is that in the city? Ifr so, what is it on the highway?

No one has seen anything official (just Ford marketing), but they're claiming 40 city / 33 highway / 37 combined.

I believe the Maverick will be the demise of the Ranger.

I don't it will kill the ranger. The Maverick will be popular as a mall crawler, Costco hauler, Home Depot projects, etc.. The Ranger will still be popular to those who wants a more capable toy for off roading, a highly customizable overland vehicle, and all things alike.

I just sold a 20 Ranger and it has so much more towing capability than the Maverick with a 2.3 eco boost and a full ladder frame so don't think the Mav will replace it, just augment Fords's thinking of truck sizes: small, medium, large, :) almost forgot xtra large too.

It is fun to see Ford Motor Company's initial news release. They nailed the combine mpg.
