IL-MO-KY-TN-NC-VA-NC-SC-GA-TN-KY-MO-IL

very hot used AC 90% of time
Averaged 33 MPG over entire trip
Lots of hills and a little speeding 85mph+
Also hit dragons tail road on way
318 curves 9 miles

Wow! That's great mpg's. I'm going to be making a similar length trip out to Las Vegas and back in November. Would be nice to see mpg's close to yours ;)

Have been getting closer to 36 mpg when I don’t go over 55 mph speed limit. Use econo setting and higher gas non ethanol if available

Nah I was on a return run from Marble. I had two loads dropped one south of Knoxville, then a second over to Marble. I I saw what I thought was a nice short cut back north, it just looked a little twisty lol!

After I realized what it was I got that Freightliner a rocking and made pretty good time even.

I've done Tail of the Dragon a few times. I also did Back of the Dragon, Marion Va to Tazwell Va, 32 miles, 438 curves, 3500 elevation several times in my youth with my enemic 77 Honda Civic.
