WOW, that looks great!
i ran that exact same wheel on my 18 mazda3 because it was the lightest wheel i could buy. the wheel itself is very durable but the matte bronze finish wasnt so tough.
i didnt see those as an option tirerack? where did you buy the spacers and wheels?

Yeah man that looks awesome. I suppose you could throw some of those AirLift bags in the back if you need haul something heavy and not worry too much about the tires hitting the fender.

How much drop did you get? Did you measure before and after?

A couple of updated pics after I installed H&R springs last night.

IMG_7139.jpg

Decided to weigh the setup and compare to stock. Net difference is ~9 lbs less per corner while maintaining the same height/width as my stock, optional alloys with 235/65R17 Falken Wildpeaks.

46.0 lbs vs. 54.8 lbs
Looks great with the H&Rs! Nice to see the un-sprung weight reduction as well.

Have the lighter wheels affected the Mav's braking/acceleration from a roll? When I got lighter wheels when I had a WRX it was a huge upgrade to both and I'm wondering if it's worth it on the Maverick.

This is looking great!

I need me some more daytime pics from all angles! I'm still waiting for my lariat but will also be doing H&R springs and some type of wheels... still undecided there with the wonky-ass bolt pattern lol.

I like those 👍 they’ll fit perfectly
I assume similar spacers in the rear? I don't like the idea of riding with wheels that cannot be replaced at present (have stock Lariat rims). I seen some 20" SHO rims today that really looked great.. But Bronze would really stand out. Wonder how durable these are.

I am looking at these 18x8s with a + 35mm offset for my XLT AWD I got on order. They are specced for Focus RS. Mine is iconic silver as well. Glad to see with the lowering kit that the 18s fill out the wheel opening nicely.

Wheels: 18x8.5 Konig Hypergram in Matte Gray with +43mm offset (~18 lbs each w/ 700 kg load rating)
Tires: 235/60ZR18 Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 ( ~28 lbs each)
Hub Centric Rings: Circuit Performance 73.1mm OD to 63.4mm ID Black Plastic Polycarbonate Hub Centric Rings
Lug Nuts: Gorilla Automotive Chrome Acorn (14mm x 1.50 Thread Size)
Rear Spacers: 20mm Hub Centric Wheel Spacers Bolt Pattern 5x108 Center Bore 63.4mm

I also have 20mm bolt-on spacers on the rear to get the fitment flush all around; the rear wheels were tucked in a bit without the spacers.

Updated with new pics after lowering, stock height pictures moved to the end of this post 👇

do you believe this size would work on that same size wheel 18x8.5? seem like they have alot more options i also plan on lowering truck as well. thank you.

Yeah, that tire size will work on 18x8.5. Depending on how much you're wanting to lower, that size may be a little small for a Maverick as it is only ~26" in diameter.
yeah thats way to small. since you got urs and its lowered would you go a little wider or anything?

With the little bit of drop I currently have, I kind of wished I had gone with 245/60R18 to fill out the wheel wells just a little more. Eventually I want to lower mine more with coil overs so I think the size I have will still work out for another ~1" lower.

255/55R18 is another size that should fit really well, a few more options for tires in that size also.
awesome thanks for the info im waiting on lowering springs i wont go any more so id say the 255/55/18 would be good i like the wider tire look thanks alot for input. wish there were more trucks going this way to see more options.
