I put a order in for the hybrid and was told by the dealership that Ford was not taking anymore orders for the hybrid so did that change and Ford is now taking orders and does the Maverick Hybrid get the 7500 Biden tax that I heard about last week.

None of that is true. Stop spreading propaganda.

OKTB is great news. Not getting my hopes up when it comes to an email coming any time soon though. I AM hoping to see a lot of my hybrid ordering bretheren receiving those happy emails from Ford in the near future though!

How did you get that status?

Since Ford is unreliable in emails I ask my dealer to email me a snapshot of the "Vehicle Visibility" report showing the FULL History on Saturday's because Ford updates this form on Friday's.

So frustrating. Ordered my XLT Hybrid back in July. No confirmation email, nothing. I've called the dealership multiple times. All I'm told is "your order hasn't been picked up yet."

Same here! I ordered a First Edition Hybrid August 8th. I cannot get the dealer to give me anything other than "yours is not scheduled yet".

Just in from Ford:

"We are excited to announce that the official OK-To-Buy declaration has been achieved for the 22MY Maverick 2.5L Hybrid model and will now begin shipping to our Ford dealers."​

This means that the Hybrid Maverick is now sellable (has passed all tests/etc) and can be shipped from factory to dealers/customers/etc.

I don't understand this if people have received some and were on here showing them why have they just been approved?

I understand that this announcement is essential to the process, but the only thing I know with certainty is that tomorrow I will be one day closer to getting my XLT Hybrid.

Is that a 66 7 Litre? sweet!!

Any hybrids you've seen are Ford demonstrators used for review by the automotive press for purposes of providing reviews to the public. They are not for sale.

If you ordered before 11/15, your dealer was lying to you.
