Emailed my dealer again to ask where the F is this thing ? And nothing...
My suggestion would be go to the salesperson (if it’s close), shake his/her hand and get to know him. I think they probably respond better to someone they have developed a personal relationship with. My salesperson ordered a Mav just a few days before me. We share texts with each other about our trucks. He is quick to answer any questions I have if he knows the answer.

Busy day with my maverick. First I picked it up from a detail shop. Had a ceramic coating applied, as well as ceramic window tint (50% windshield, 20% fronts, 50% rear to go over factory privacy glass)

Then I installed my smart liner mats that came in the other day. Anyone know if they call for additional trimming? Mine fit good but just wondering

And lastly I picked up a couch for a new apartment in moving into this weekend

I didn't trim mine at all, they seem to fit snug but not sized wrong anywhere

I had a little home project so I got to haul it around for the afternoon. I couldn't even tell it was in the back, as I expected. Got the new unit in and running that day. I sure am glad to have something to do some work for me again.

I have found that 77-78 is the sweet spot.
Odd that NO ONE else on the planet has found 77-78 to be a "sweet spot".

Oh wait. You meant km/hr. Ya. That's pretty sweet.

No you get better mileage a little slower but I really hate going under the speed limit at 77-78 you are at the point of severe degradation (for mpg) I have run through half a tank at that speed in my XLT EB w/ 4k and the dash was reporting 32 mpgs (my dash has been consistently off by 1-1.5 mpg for all of the current 13k it has). At 79+ you loose mileage VERY quickly.

I found 72 mph to be the sweet spot for my Mav. I have 9600 mostly highway miles and lifetime mpg is 37.5 mpg.

I have not had the opportunity to be able to maintain below 75. Once I get out of Houston all of the speed limits are 75. Even some of the 2 lane county roads. And I really hate to be going under the speed limit, but if I calculate correctly I am 97.64% sure I could get 500 miles out of a tank on the highway.

Finally put on some tailgate letters. I sent back the first set I got from eBay because they looked cheaply made and it was obvious they wouldn't fit well. These from Amazon are better quality but still don't quite fill out the recessed letter cavities. It's not very noticeable unless examined closely so I'm going to keep them for now.

Looks great! I never found a set that completely filled the cavity. The extra space around the letters adds a little 3d effect. If you want the letters raised more... buy a second set and stack them.

Wow! Busy day for both of you. Anyone else notice the color of the couch is per chance NOT a coincidence? :)

You must be one of the people who pass me by as if I'm towing a horse trailer.
