Finished a synthetic clay rub-down on it, huge improvement, finally installed the second catch can, and did a 4k oil change. Sending off the sample tomorrow.

Also at long last took inventory of the factory jack setup, glad I didn't need it beforehand as the supplied lug wrench would not break loose a single lug without twisting - added a breaker bar and socket to my road kit. I think FOMOCO could have used an even finer thread on that retaining bolt....sheesh :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I have a build date of Jan 31 (fingers crossed) Been a long wait, as it has been for many, but I'm still really pumped!

What I did with my Maverick today , was to pick it up from the dealer! Order June 18, it’s been a long wait but I’m glad it’s in my driveway🙂. E.B, XLT, Fx4, spray in liner, full sized spare, rear slider, both mats, and in hot pepper red. Now the fun can begin…

Yesterday I added an iBuddy dog rear seat cover/hammock type. I don't have a dog, but this will help protect all sides from boxes, dirty backpacks, etc. Love the fit, trim, and hope it lasts! Purchased from Amazon. $35.99, and I feel a lot better about the protection it provides. Yes, I have the bed, (it's full) and need the backseat area as well.
CORRECTION:
I ordered the truck size, not the standard, $49.99, sorry.

Nice, that’s what I have on my order. Does it do the job and keep water out of bed?
Not 100% because there are two small gaps near the tailgate, and I have seen small traces of water in that area during heavy rain. Everything else is bone dry.

I’m not sure you have access to the bottle opener unless the tailgate is down.
I usually forget what I was doing because I used the bottle opener for what it was intended for at least 6 times...lol

Took mine out in the snow today! I wanted to see what would happen, and the Mav did great! I left it in "Normal" and tried to spin it in a snowy parking lot. I was really impressed - AWD kept it going where I pointed it and the anti-lock brakes kept it going straight. I don't off-road, so I think this will do everything I need it to.

🤷🏾‍♂️ At least the back is bone dry, will just have to keep important stuff to back. Thanks for the info. Enjoy, the ride. Hopefully will have mine before March.

Is this the standard size one or the truck size one that you bought for your Maverick ?
