When I put my VIN and order in now it gives a eta of 1990-01-01. That don't jive...lol.

NOT that it necessarily means anything BUT 01/01/1990 IS DAY 0 OF PSINet selling commercial internet access to the internet AND if the field Ford is using to count seconds since internet started is only 9 digits long we are getting really close to the number of seconds rolling over (like an odometer setting back to zero) resulting in program thinking we are starting over! (DANG like y2k). = 1,000,000,000 seconds = 0!

You are correct -- it doesn't mean anything.

But... Wait! ... Maybe it explains the delay. Maybe Ford has been counting seconds instead of building trucks. If so, I hope they get to 999,999,999 pretty soon so they can get back to building.

With an 8/21 order date I haven't expected or even hoped to receive a scheduling email in the past, but I'm thinking I might have a chance this week. February build is probably more likely, but just maybe....

I ordered my maverick on 9/27 its an iconic Silver XLT AWD Ecoboost with co pilot 360 and the 4k tow package. What do you guys think any chance i get scheduled thursday? I talked to my dealer before thanksgiving and they said that they have around 20 orders and i am somewhere around #15 and not a single one has been delivered yet but theyve had 2 dealer stock mavs come in with a 3rd on the way, which makes no sense to me. I dont know how it works but if none have been delivered to my dealer yet and im number 15 i have a bad feeling im going to be waiting forever.

It would be easier to guess if they told you how many of those 14 orders ahead of yours have been scheduled for production. Even though none have been delivered, it's possible a good number are scheduled, being built, or in transit. They should know the ones that have been scheduled.

I think I read elsewhere on the forum that the Hermosillo factory can produce 800 vehicles per day, or about 24,000 per month. It won’t all be Maverick production but a lot better than 800 per week.

ordered and confirmed 7/22, area 51 2.0 AWD FX4 Tow Pack with moonroof and sliding window. Priority 2 was 8/21 and stuck there ever since.
