Does everyone receive one of these emails when their Maverick takes a while in production?

When I first received this today, I thought, “Well, that’s nice of them to check in.“ Then I started wondering if it indicated a problem of some sort. Especially the part about the production team addressing “challenges“ they’ve encountered.
