My dealer order parts on November 17th. They just finished the repairs today and I will pick up on Black Friday! Just 460days from order.

I’m not too far behind you. I’m at 449 days and counting. My truck is at the dealership waiting for same frickin air bag recall. I got to go see it and drive around the parking lot to get a tease.

I did the same with my truck. Drove around the lot, took photos and a video to show friends and family. So bittersweet and just deflating to have to keep waiting and the dealer says that Ford doesn’t event have a plan in writing to share with them.

I'm definitely not the only one. Only the second at this dealership. I'm certain of the 64K+ vehicles affected, there will be others that will have to wait for Ford to have the parts to remedy this recall. If they already have their truck, they can continue to drive. Me, not so lucky. Maybe...

The dealer said Portland was end of the rail line for their orders. It will make it to Snohomish, Wa on a trailer if there isn't a driver shortage.

I was told as of the 19th my truck was in Arizona on its way to Portland, OR
