The only way they look good is if you use wheel spacers to bring your wheels out flush with the end of the spacer. 2” spacer in rear, 1” spacer in front.
Hey guys, now that I’ve gotten the truck to where I like it, I figured I’d share with the rest of you…
Cactus Gray Lariat Lux FX4 with tow:
Lift: Ranger Lifts 1.5” Leveling Kit
Wheels: gear off road Pangea 17” +35 offset
Wheel spacers: 2” rear and 1” front
Tonneau: Truxedo Pro X15
The pinch...
Is the black of the fender flares the same as the trim on your vehicle? I have some bushwacker flares here I haven't put on yet and they seem like a shinier deeper black than the trim on the vehicles
Waiting on a backordered Rim and was told it would be about a month or so, but ive got a factory set of Lariat fx4 "unique aluminum" wheels with the 235/65 falken wildpeaks i will bet letting go of. I am about an hour west of DC.
For anyone with a hybrid that is wondering, i spoke to fordrangerlifts and they said due to the suspension design of the hybrid, the rear cannot be lifted.
Picked my Cactus gray Lariat AWD FX4 Lux up about a week ago from Malloy Winchester.
Ordered it 8/23, it was delivered 1/7.
Great truck so far, already figuring out what to do to it.
Any way you could tell me how much those wheels are sunken in under the edge of the fender flare? i want to do this but want to use spacers to make the wheels flush.
I am unsure though if extending the wheelbase will cause fender rubbing issues with the tires
