    All correct Ford folks are very friendly. So far but same as first email sent a while back, delay and the gift to calms us down. My sales person quitted, he was very good communicating. The person " tacking over" so far good, just started communicating texting me.

    ANYWAYS- if you don't mimed. when did the order got place? I would like to know, so i could see on the time frame from the order received until the time the car got to the dealer.

    DID YOU ASK FRO PICTURE OF THE DAMAGE? I do want to sound negative but dealers are realizing that are leaving money on the table getting the cars directly from Ford, that is not the same money the are getting it if they sold is through them. if you have the VIN number-track it down. You never know.
