My Dealer submitted a request to Ford to cover the cable as a it should have been done under Customer Satisfaction Program 22B39 . I guess Fords viewpoint was the program expired , they offerd to pay about a third of the cost. (goodwill repair?) Better than noth'n !

The dealer tested my original oem battery today and it was no longer healthy. So they replaced it with a new Motorcraft AGM then reset the BMS and and confirmed the charge rate? They also verified that the many software recall/updates didn't have any glitches and there are no outstanding code...

I guess I did that sort of. I swapped the new AGM out for the 3 year old original battery. The truck dash did come back to life but went into sleep mode(but not dead) when shut off. When the truck was running the battery showed 14.4 v at the terminals.

We swapped the battery back to the original ( Non AGM) and the truck is somehow turning back on. I'm at a loss for what is going on. Does the new software not recognize the AGM or did it wipe the BMS reset we did? Or will we have the same situation in the morning?

My Ecoflo didn't like charging in the 22 Maverick either. It was buggy at best. I bought a BESTEK 300Watt Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter to get it to work.

I have the same set up. I really like the Billie Bar height as you can still see out the rear window pretty well and the tent is low enough for my older self to climb into.
