You were right Gullzway. Dealership repaired the cable that everyone is mentioning in these threads. I must have been bumping it when messing with that plug next to it. Also got the fire recall done while it was there. I'm happy with the dealer that I got it back in about a week.

Hi. Have you checked the Ford website for your order? You should see it if the dealer placed the order with your correct email address. I'd be concerned if they actually placed the order if it's not reflected here. My account doesn't show any orders since I bought one what someone backed out on.

I had to wait 1.5 months but made friends with a salesperson and when someone backed out of their order he called and I swooped in. They wanted 2k over but lowered it to 500. I think it's a high volume dealership where they aren't as desperate for money.
