It's normal. I believe everyone has faced similar situation like yours. I've got mine in 12/21/21. It took me 5 months to get mine. So be patient. You'll get yours in the next 2 months ( the longest)or so. Good luck.

My Ford dealer charged me $69 ish for a wheel lock. But when i checked all wheels, i did not see any wheel locks intalled, so i asked my salesperson and he said it does not have it. He refunded me the money. Does all trims have a wheel lock?

No rashes. I was accidentally put a marker on it and forgot to remove it.
