  1. Does anyone have 235/65R18 installed?

I have 235/70r17 if that helps. 0.07 inches smaller. No rubbing. No issues. And fits in the spare location. If you want to see how it looks on 18s the only pic I’ve seen is halfway down this thread https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/245-60-18-at-tire-options.17327/#post-331395 And...
  2. Resale value of Ford Maverick

I second Mag Maverick on the rear seat space. I’m only 5’10” but have riden in the back and it’s pretty roomy. Have a kid in car seat no problem. 2 can fit fine as well. As for your question about resale value, these things would probably lose all their value the second they rolled off the lot...
  3. Average wait time for most?

Sorry everybody. Ordered 9/13 Delivered 11/28 Xl AWD 4k tow no other options.
  4. Would a 1" spacer lift kit get you 1" ground clearance?

The answer is.. kind of. A spacer suspension lift (not body lift) on ifs/irs will give you some more ground clearance (and improve approach/break over etc.) pretty much everywhere except where the lower control arms meet the steering knuckle. You will gain more clearance where the lower control...
  5. Show me your Gloss Black Wheels!

If those are your first choice I think you can just buy them if you want them. I’m not 100% sure but I think they’re the same wheels as the bronco sport first edition that you can get from ford. Would just also have to buy lug nuts and ford center caps...
  6. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

I only even noticed noice before like once of twice. It was mostly the fluttering in my rear view. But definitely haven’t heard it since and it’s way more solid now.
  7. Rough Country Lift and Swaybar (no extended links)?

They don’t give you sway bar links but they do give you the abs line brackets to drop it out of the way. I think that’s the biggest concern. Hrg has shorter links and has you reroute the abs line higher. Readylift beltech and super lift have shorter links and drop brackets for the links to keep...
  8. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

Autozone. Any auto parts store should have a little rack of them.
  9. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

https://realtruck.com/p/avs-bugflector-ii-bug-shield/v/ford/maverick/2022/ This is where I got it. It is not stick on. Uses plastic fasteners in factory holes.
  10. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

I like it. Never had one before but I did get a small rock chip on my hood so I’m giving it a shot. It does stand off of the hood and not stick on. That’s why I picked this one. The fasteners that came with it are garbage and had to use different ones but other then that it’s good. Here ya go:
  11. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

If cv shaft dies or my abs module bricks I’m sure they’d tell me tough luck it’s modified. But my passenger c pillar speaker had worked intermittently since day one and my dealer has one on order for me right now to be replaced under warranty and they didn’t even blink about it. Usually the...
  12. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

The picture online did. Mine did not. I saw a few on here that also did not, but the other day I saw one that looked like it had the cutouts from the factory so idk 🤔
  13. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

Haha thanks! I’ve been broke down on the side of the road a few times only once I got caught in a brand new to me car without any tools and had to call a tow truck. Also been stuck off road beyond my ability to self recover ONCE. Not fun. It can always happen but it try to keep the odds in my...
  14. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

Thanks! Tried to keep it simple, cheap, and bolt on/reversible. Kind of a factory+ daily driver.
  15. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

The HRG kit is solid. Highly recommend. And the shorter sway bar links and eccentric camber bolts sold me on it. The parts are all well built and grade 10.9 hardware. I like the rear coil spacer that sits on top of the coil, makes for super easy install. Rides just a little bit stiffer. Not bad...
  16. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

Nothing special. Just the trailing arm spacer that came with the kit. It is slightly off center, but no where as bad as I’ve seen. I took the plastic air dams in front of the tires off. That helps with the look of the centering too. My truck sat barely 3/4 of an inch higher in the rear from the...
  17. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

Correct. Those are the ones I used
  18. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

Nice! Glad you like yours too. Ya I thought about it too but didn’t wanna hang the exhaust any lower. And they half shafts still are pretty close to level. Plus they don’t have to steer and the shock is probably still gonna be the limiting droop factor so they shouldn’t be outside of their...
  19. XL build with HRG 1.5 lift kit

Ya I add pvc insulation to them. There’s no tension adjustment on this one and it would still kinda bubble and flap no matter how tight I got it. This takes up some of the slack and made it way better. For mine at least.
