This is what my dealer out here in BC has been telling me last couple weeks. That if my hybrid order has not been scheduled yet, then it may not get scheduled at all until sometime late next year.

No, I've talked to him a couple times and he looks up my retail order number (he knows my order number and priority code) each time so we aren't talking about stock orders for sure.

Which phone number did you use? I have called Ford Canada Customer Service from Ford website and they just referred me back to dealer who doesn't have any updates yet.

I have been talking with the orderdesk person at the dealership i have ordered from. He also said same thing Alberta Boy posted above that code 10 is best and it changes to 02 when it will be built. Unfortunately, mine has not had any change since I ordered back in August.

That's what I thought based on threads on this forum. But I have asked dealer twice in last few weeks and both times he says they have had no hybrids scheduled for them at all yet. He said they have been "balanced out" but that only gas builds were included in the "balancing out". Not sure...
