  1. $500 Farm BUREAU is a waste of time for many people.

So, I do own a farm, 2021 order with VIN rolled over to MY2023. My current certificate covers a MY2023 order (they are only good for a year). so will Ford honor this? I'm going to ask Tim tonight on his live video feed. How Ford will recognize rolled over MY2022 orders with 2023 certificates...
  2. Myths Busted

Yes you can monitor these things, I know Ford would prefer we couldn't, but thanks to Congress passing a law (which they rarely do that works as intended) and some people in another country we can. Get yourself the right OBD2 connection and run Tourqe Pro and set it up. Just know there are...
  3. Myths Busted

This is the problem, it doesn't. This was the ENTIRE reason I checked it out. I get I fall into a unique situation for why it doesn't and I am looking forward to getting another one to see if its inherent. So I had to go down the rabbit hole and once I did that I realized how shit the...
  4. Random E-brake Engagement

I've started my truck up a few times and the Ebrake was on when I had no memory of ever putting it on (I've only put it on a few times).
  5. Maverick XL EcoBoost FWD First Road Trip Review

What gave you that idea? there are entire threads to steel wheels....
  6. Myths Busted

Doesn't the tow and performance modes run the ICE a good bit more? I don't run them (why would a person) unless I needed to say pass someone, which I'd only do if I already had room to pass someone.
  7. Myths Busted

Other than everything you said being wrong, your right. I can back it up and went to length to say that. If you own one you can too!
  8. Delivery waiting pain...

Oh god, its not even real once you get a VIN, ask ME how I know!
  9. Myths Busted

I've posted about this on numerous platforms and in depth. What you don't hint on (and sure it COULD be my specific truck) is they DO regen (meaning charge the HV battery via the ICE motor) going UP grades using the ICE motor. I can show this on long grades but the best example is my driveway...

  11. How's the Maverick's radio reception?

I live in a dead zone with mountains on three sides, ocean on the other. I put up stations no problem 80+ miles away.
  12. I'm afraid to schedule a vacation in case I'm not here to pick up the truck

My dealer is a day's drive (there and back) away and I live in chronic pain. He said I could get all the paperwork finished before I even show up (meaning it'll be bought). No reason for a dealer to not let you do that (id not tell them you'll be away though).
  13. Blackstone Oil Report on my 2022 Maverick 2.0 ECO - 2200 miles

Nice breakdown, you work in the industry? Ford probably goes with what is enough and no more... Ok, I just looked up your Venza, how do you like it?
  14. Ford Customer Service Update

I'll fix this for you "this is unfair to the good trustworthy dealership" Ok, there might be (or might not be two). But there also might not be one.
  15. Any new 2023 Maverick orders get scheduled for production yet?

Reading this makes me wonder. Have yall not read that there are ecoboost from November last year that will be rolled over into MY2023 orders? Unless Ford builds fresh MY2023 orders in front of MY2022's rolled over we should not see even a build week notice from any for at least 2 months...
  16. Have you bought accessories or add-ons before your truck arrived?

Yep, at least $120 will be wasted money at this point.
  17. ECOBOOST ONLY: Tracking Remaining MY22 Builds

" ECOBOOST ONLY: Tracking Remaining MY22 Builds " Title states this then excluded builds pushed beyond the dates shown with the reasoning being rather (very/totally) flimsy. I have a Hybrid and a VIN. Until Ford cancels the VIN its still in the system, still a MY2022 "build". Should also...
  18. Ford Customer Service Update

Wait, you mean to tell me that there are Ecoboost orders from a year ago being rolled over when orders from January were in the hands of owners 2 months later that had Multiple constraint items on them? Ouch, I was wishing I'd went with a XL EB AWD/w tow so I could of had it a year ago.
  19. Recall: 2022 Maverick Side Curtain Airbag Recall NHTSA Notice (August 8, 2022). Vehicles Affected: 64,974

Imao The starter post has so many flags in it... No recall on front airbags. Dealer would have no legal way to come get a truck you bought unless YOU let them. Its your truck, you could just GO PICK IT UP. Or stop trolling
