This and trim level (XL, XLT, Lariat) are locked in as part of your order. 2) Cost difference (buying and operating) is not insignificant. Yeah, that's what I expected too, but apparently there is zero connection between the ordering system and what you see under "My Account" at Ford.com. The latter freely affirms that you have nothing ordered, even though your dealer and the email you received after placing your order clearly...- garymblakely
