Every time I call Ford to lookup the vehicle progress they ask for the email address associated with the order. And I give it to them, and it works for confirming the order. They also always say its odd that I've never received an email, but do not mention a fix, lmfao.

Okay, so Ford customer service got that wrong. I thought it sounded weird that the dealership would have to follow up to schedule the build after the order had already been placed...

So I never got a confirmation email after placing my order at the dealership...however I have called Ford directly and had my order confirmed as having been placed by them. Was told last week I should get a VIN assigned within 3 weeks. But again, never got an email.

I called the number that a commenter in this thread recommended for checking on my order and they were able to confirm it had been placed. Still no order confirmation email, but Ford does have my order despite dealerships confusion. Maybe give that a try?
