Slick design. It appears to only use the small hole in the bottom of the cubby to secure it. Wonder if it was designed so that it wedges in tightly then held in from coming out with a feature that interfaces with the hole.

I tried updating this last night and am unable to get it to see there's an update available. I followed the steps outlines in the posts before. I am at 1.9 The only thing left to try is to get out away from any wifi signals and hotspot to my phone.

Just a follow up. Finally got it into the dealer. They said there was poor pin fitment between on the socket connector. They replaced the pigtail and the socket. Hope this solves this issue.

I noticed that the height of the bag doesn't equal the height of the inside of the spring.
