After someone hit my wife’s Maverick, totaled it, wasn’t much of a bump according to her. Went looking for a Ford SUV, no edge, no escape. She’s now driving a Honda CRV hybrid. Farley is a clown…. My wife has been driving Ford for over 30 years.

FYI… the damage that’s done by an inexperienced or nonprofessional installer may not show up right away. Many may chisel (for lack of the professional term) the windshield out gouging the metal behind the windshield, this WILL eventually rust or corrode. Sometimes it good to watch the installation.

no problem with heat its in the cab AC... and the panel just pulls straight down. I'll try for a picture

Just an FYI... that whole panel that houses the usb ports pulls down quite easily. I pulled it down and there is plenty of room to put this unit inside. A bit cleaner and no change the device will fall off the bottom in the heat.

Its not much better in my Supercrew with a 5.5 bed :p

I have a question… I enabled the SSR and it works as it should. But when you exceed the selected MPH over the sign flashes continuously, that’s annoying. Anyway to stop that from happening?

Well she has a vacuum cleaner and got a grill for her BD. So I got her a EZ tailgate drop, Ford door sill guards and a wireless Car-Play adapter, she made me breakfast, lunch, dinner and I'm still alive... so she must have liked it.

I was wondering the same thing... how does it seal btween the cab and the topper? seems like trash would get between the two surfaces. on a regular truck it would just drop between the bed and the cab.

If you have the $ and don't care what it cost's... good on you. I personally do, but am still a cheap fkr ;) not much excites me enough to pay crazy money for it. A good steak cooked on my grill is well worth the $100+ savings (to me)

I wipe the front of my f150 and the maverick with a wet microfiber almost daily... yeah you'll want it when I'm done with it %)

Looks like this thread died… it looks like you need a control module and 4 sensors. Has anyone ever been able to confirm if the wiring is there?
