  1. Got recalls done and now my Hybrid Mav is full of problems.

Had my 2023 for 13 months, 11k miles. First 1yr was 10k miles with zero issues. Got my 10k service done 3/1/24 where 3 recalls were applied, main culprit being the 23P18 PCM recall. Since then my gas engine has shuddered while turning off about 5 times (never done that before 3/1/24). On...
  2. Pretty sure this is the hybrid record for MPG of a whole tank. Just the wrong direction.

Drove back from FL to GA last night. Stayed between 80 and 95mph. 280 miles in 3.5hrs is 80mph AVERAGE. Cruise was set to 84mph for at least an hour of this. Pump says 12.714 gallons went in so manual calculation is 22.1 mpg versus the computer’s 23.8 mpg. Either could be off so just assume...
  3. Do all FWD Mavericks actually have the same suspension parts? What are some of your payload capacities?

I ask this because I owned an XL Ecoboost FWD Mav for 8k miles. The last 7k miles were on 18" Bronco Sport wheels and Primacy Tires. Well I got my Lariat Lux Hybrid a couple weeks ago and I am certain it rides smoother and more planted. It also has 18" wheels and Primacy tires. One difference is...
  4. Interest rates for canceled/replaced MY23 orders.

So my 10/25/21 order was cancelled and a new order was placed on 11/14/22. I know I lost all of the awesome rates from 2021 and my $2750 private offer doesn’t cover the entire price increase. My truck will hopefully be delivered by March based on the 1/16/23 scheduled build. My question is...
  5. November build weeks are likely a lie. Check with Ford.

Last email I got on 10/18 said my build week was 11/21. Chatted with Ford just now. So I guess my truck will be built in January if they have parts. Sucks to lose my locked in interest rates from 2021.
  6. FYI. Looks like 2.5 Hybrid owners need not fear 2.0 Ecoboosts on the streets.

This is some motor Trend data from last month. I just got around to seeing it today. The far two right columns are mine. EB with 4k has a gear ratio advantage on take off versus a non 4K EB. The 0-40 mph lead would therefor be smaller without it. Hybrid is 0.5 seconds quicker 60 to 80mph and...
  7. Fuelly.com finally has a Hybrid Maverick.

Currently 24 trucks have logged at least 3 fill ups. Looking at the chart can you tell which one is the hybrid. 😆 https://www.fuelly.com/car/ford/maverick/2022
  8. More Mavs slowly showing up at Fuelly. If you have yours already and like data check it out.

Fuelly 2022 Mavericks This is where real world mpg data can be found based on miles driven and gallons to fill back up. You have to do this every tank to get good data. There are phone apps or you can do like me an send a text each fill up and it will records the data foryou
  9. DC-DC converter. Anyone know how many amps it is?

Since it's acting as the alternator I'd like to know its current rating. When installing a car stereo or other current heavy 12v accessories alternator current is a factor. I have no plans of installing a wall of speakers. I'm just curious. Thanks
